End-User License Agreement

Last Updated: February 5, 2026

Welcome to Funny Lighting (the "Licensed Application" or "App"). This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("End-User") and the developer of the App ("You" or "Developer"). Please read this EULA carefully. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this EULA.

1. Acknowledgement

You and the End-User acknowledge that this EULA is concluded between You (the Developer) and the End-User only, and not with Apple, Inc. ("Apple"). You, not Apple, are solely responsible for the Licensed Application and the content thereof. This EULA may not provide for usage rules for the Licensed Application that are in conflict with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions as of the Effective Date (which You acknowledge You have had the opportunity to review).

2. Scope of License

The license granted to the End-User for the Licensed Application is limited to a non-transferable license to use the Licensed Application on any Apple-branded products that the End-User owns or controls, as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. The Licensed Application may be accessed and used by other accounts associated with the purchaser via Family Sharing or volume purchasing.

3. Acceptance and Description of Services

By using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this EULA and the Developer’s Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Funny Lighting is a light-and-shadow creation and projection app that lets everyone create stunning visuals with ease and turn any space into a canvas.

Create stunning visuals easily: No complex skills required—just swipe with your fingers to design light, color, and motion inside the App. Built-in smart algorithms, rich filters, and a particle effects library let you create freely, like mixing colors. Whether it’s flowing aurora, breathing light spots, or cyber-style geometric transformations, you define it all.

One-tap projection—your space is the canvas: When you’re done creating, one tap wirelessly projects your visuals onto walls, floors, or any surface. Real-time adjustment and interactive control turn a static space into an immersive light show, suitable for personal expression, small parties, art displays, or atmosphere.

Designed for the effortless and the creative: We believe technology should serve inspiration. Funny Lighting offers intuitive interaction and high-quality rendering so everyone can be a light artist—minimal effort, maximum impact.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part or all of the services at any time without prior notice.

4. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

The App offers optional in-app subscription products to unlock or enhance certain features. All payments are processed through the platform you use (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play) and are subject to that platform's terms and policies.

4.1 Visual Effects Pack

The in-app product is effect-related. The "Visual Effects Pack" is a subscription-based in-app product that unlocks or extends more visual effects—such as additional filters, particle effects, and light/motion effects (e.g. aurora, light spots, geometric visuals)—to enhance your creation and projection experience. The following subscription options are available:

5. Maintenance and Support

You (the Developer) are solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services with respect to the Licensed Application, as specified in this EULA or as required under applicable law. You and the End-User acknowledge that Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the Licensed Application.

6. Warranty

You (the Developer) are solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law, to the extent not effectively disclaimed. In the event of any failure of the Licensed Application to conform to any applicable warranty, the End-User may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the Licensed Application to that End-User. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the Licensed Application, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to any warranty will be the Developer’s sole responsibility.

The Licensed Application is otherwise provided "as is." The Developer does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or fully satisfactory operation. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the End-User’s use or inability to use the App.

7. Product Claims

The End-User may not copy, modify, distribute, or use them for commercial purposes without the Developer’s written permission.

You and the End-User acknowledge that, in the event of any third party claim that the Licensed Application or the End-User’s possession and use of that Licensed Application infringes that third party’s intellectual property rights, You (the Developer), not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement and discharge of any such intellectual property infringement claim.

13. Third Party Beneficiary

You and the End-User acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple’s subsidiaries, are third party beneficiaries of this EULA, and that, upon the End-User’s acceptance of the terms and conditions of this EULA, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this EULA against the End-User as a third party beneficiary thereof.
